Sarah is a senior at Mid-Atlantic Christian University from Chesterfield, Virginia. She will graduate May 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Youth and Family Ministry and Biblical Exposition. Sarah comes from a family where she is the youngest of five children; her love of children of all ages has led her to youth ministry. She wants to be able to use what she has lived through to help the children growing up now and let them know that God will never leave them.
In addition to her love for children, Sarah enjoys playing volleyball and playing the guitar. She played volleyball all four years for MACU and would love to coach someday. Sarah has played guitar for over 6 years and loves to hear and play music. She loves to read Ted Dekker and her favorite book of the Bible is Job. Her favorite food is fried chicken, even though it isn’t very healthy. Sarah is very excited to get to use her education to help the youth at Cherry Avenue. She will be here part-time until May, when she will join us full-time.
